TuĞBA ÖzTÜRK
physicist
Tugba is a computational biophysicist. She uses computational modeling to understand how lipids modulate conformational dynamics, function and oligomerization of integral membrane proteins. She likes reading books, playing board games and baking. She loves spending time with her cat and dog. Ideally she would love to get a pet goat; currently she is at the stage of convincing her partner. She’ll get there.
Özge YOLUK
BIOLOGIST
Ozge is a computational biologist, working in the drug discovery field. Her primary focus was proteins, membrane proteins in particular, but she has worked with various systems over the course of her career. She follows a challenge to read at least 35 books/year, she loves board games and drawing. She is a proud slave to her cat and keeps thinking she could make better cat toys than what’s out there. But she hasn’t start her cat toy company, at least not yet.
